Pregnant and wondering what comes next?
Here's everything you wish someone had told you earlier.

Download your free guide and get clear on your care options, your rights, and what real support during pregnancy actually looks like in plain English, from a midwife who's been doing this for 30 years.

Free. Takes 30 seconds. No spam, ever.

You got the positive test.

You called the hospital, got put on a waitlist, and suddenly realised you have no idea who you're supposed to see, when, or what questions to even ask.

Maybe you've already had your first rushed appointment and left with more questions than answers.

Maybe you've been Googling at midnight trying to make sense of it all.

That feeling, of being in the middle of something huge without a map, is completely normal. And it doesn't have to stay that way.

Here's what you'll walk away knowing:

No jargon. No overwhelm. Just clarity, so you can make an informed decision and stop second-guessing yourself.

Meet Ros

Your Private Midwife

I'm Ros McDonough, Private Midwife, Registered Nurse, and Master of Midwifery graduate. With 30+ years inside the SA public health system, a lecturing role at Flinders University, and specialist training in Optimal Maternal Positioning, acuneedling, and birth trauma recovery, I've built Hello Baby! Midwifery for the women who want more than the system is funded to give them.

One midwife. Your whole pregnancy. In your corner from the start.

Referred by local Adelaide GPs · Based in Glengowrie, South Australia

But will you be there when I give birth?

It's the first question almost everyone asks,  and it's a fair one.

The short answer: no, Ros doesn't attend births. But here's what she does instead:

She spends months making sure you arrive at that moment prepared, supported, and anything but alone. She works through your birth preferences with you, helps you understand your options, and makes sure you know exactly what to expect at every stage, so when the time comes, you walk into that room ready.

The woman who has worked with Ros and the woman who navigated it all by herself are not the same woman.

There is also an option to have a student midwife from Ros's network attend your birth to advocate for you and provide support. Ask Ros about this on your discovery call.
