SCHEDULE OF FEES
Our fees vary depending on the services you need – whether it’s a single visit or a full schedule of appointments (all within the comfort of your own home).
The Australian National Guidelines recommend around 10 antenatal visits for a healthy first-time mum and around seven visits for healthy subsequent pregnancies.
Non-Medicare recipients are welcome – please check with your health insurer regarding rebates.
Medicare and Bulk Billing
A fee for service applies and the standardised Medicare rebates and gap payable is required at your appointment. Bulk-billing may be negotiated for concession/healthcare card-holders – financial difficulty should not stop you from receiving appropriate care.
We suggest scheduling visits at weeks 6–10, 14–16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 38, 39, 40–41.
The first appointment (detailed information exchange) and 24-week appointment (developing maternity care plan) are longer appointments (60–90 min) compared to standard appointments (45 min).
We recommend 2–3 visits within first week after leaving hospital and then every 1–2 weeks for six weeks, with the final visit just before seven weeks post-delivery. Appointments are 45 minutes long.
Optimising Maternal Positioning Bodywork
Optimising Maternal Positioning bodywork may be incorporated into the antenatal schedule of visits, provided at an additional appointment or at a once only stand-alone couple’s education appointment (no Medicare rebate available).
The 3-Step Rewind
The ‘3 step rewind’ birth difficulty recovery program incorporates three, one-hour long visits (often on consecutive weeks) and attracts Medicare rebates during pregnancy and up to seven weeks postnatal. It does not attract a rebate outside of this timeframe and is not rebate-able for partners wishing to access this option.
First visit (90min)
No obligation preconception and/or introductory visit
Maternity care plan (90min)
Document to ensure effective communication with the hospital and to comply with legal requirements
Optimising Maternal Positioning (Couples, once only appointment, approx 1 hour)

3 Step Rewind birth difficulty recovery
